What You're Missing...

I lost our camera battery charger. Grrr. Thanks to eBay, however, we should be getting a new one in the next 7-10 days, and it didn't cost me $50 (yikes, huh?).

Until then, here's a funny video that may or may not bring back traumatizing memories to my siblings...We're a little more gentle with Andrew than Troy was with us.

Too Cute Not to Share

This video is mostly for Nanna and Papa since we were trying to get Andrew to talk to them, but he just makes me smile. What a champion.

Slow Down, Clanky...

Life, I mean. I want it to slow down. It seems like every day goes by really fast...And Andrew is growing up really fast... His first Utah shirt, compliments of the D.I. I so love the D.I.

This scene seems to show that he wasn't QUITE ready for his nap when I put him down.

Thinking I was a genius and copying an idea from a friend, I decided to have Andrew play with some water while I tried to clean the kitchen. Wasn't planning on washing the floor that day, but I did. Apparently I gave him too much water to play with.

Anniversary delights. I LOVE LOVE LOVE having beautiful flowers in my house, so thanks J. Also, he gave me the most thoughtful, surprising gift to date. He put our blog into a book, which I totally love. I gave him a new baseball mitt, a bag of potato chips (because we never get them), a new book, some DELICIOUS orange juice and some crayons (an inside "married" joke that's not really that funny).

I thought making german pancakes would be a festive way to celebrate our anniversary...another idea from a blog to put them in muffin cups. I love the way they turned out. So cute with a little powdered sugar and berry goodness on them.
Andrew now thinks he gets to choose what kind of footwear he sports each day. This was what he came up with...no pants. Just boots.

It's a good thing...being married to Justin, that is.

So glad we've made it this far, babe...you only have a little piece of eternity left to put up with me. With a little endurance, you can totally make it. Loves.

Lovin' It

We had such a good week last week. Here are some of the things that made it awesome.

*Sewing project = complete. You have no idea what kind of stress sewing creates in our home. It's clearly NOT my hobby, but I'm doing it anyway. I figure, I can't get any worse.

I promise, the slight distance in the picture makes it look better. :) I do love a nice toile fabric, though. It totally makes up for how crooked my stitches are.

Fixated

Andrew is recently obsessed with talking about the temple and Oh-ni-ni (Moroni). I guess there are worse things he could be interested in, right?

PS. Isn't it frustrating when your kid is doing the cutest thing, but you can't get him to do it for the camera? He's a sweetheart, nonetheless.
